What a great way to follow through with your commitment to mindfulness, or to get started! It's free, not a therapy setting, and no insurance involved. So there aren't a lot of restrictions. No diagnosis, no co-pay, come as often or as infrequently as you'd like. You can bring a friend; I can even bring a friend. If you come to these drop-ins in addition to any other of my services, I will maintain a therapist-client relationship with you ("even though I care about you, we can't be friends") but I will maintain confidentiality, not disclosing to the group which people receive other services.
